- Heat your pressure cooker on saute mode. Heat the ghee, garlic, bay leaves and white rice in the pressure cooker. Saute on high for 3-5 minutes until the garlic is aromatic.
- Add in the salt and turmeric.
- Stir well. Add in the water, nutritional yeast and coconut aminos. Cancel the saute function, seal and set to pressure cook, rice setting. Once it has finished cooking and the pressure has released open the lid.
- Use a wooden spoon to stir well and fluff. Remove the bay leaves before serving, or use for garnish.
